An Eventful Week.

The week kick started with excitement at every corner.

First pleasant highlight event was attending Jason Mraz's concert in KL. to make the deal even sweeter I'm attending the concert with my *sayang* ;) On that day I was literally counting down the hours the moment I stepped into the office. I flew off at 7pm sharp and parked the car at BTS, while awaiting sayang and terri to show up.

I could tell they were excited as it was their first time actually attending a concert.

The Stadium was packed with people and also everywhere you look you'd see Jason Mraz lookalikes with the casual Tee and the hats. Finally made our way in after about 20 mins. The whole stadium was packed with people, you can imagine the heat in the enclosed stadium. . .

A few minutes later the lights went dim and the show kicked started. Everyone was ecstatic when he showed up. Lets just say I had an splendid time~ from start to end.
*note Penny Tai cameo appearance is just lame~ i rather she didn't show up at all. The crowd could have easily replace her presence.

As the week progresses, the gang. (Haseo, Loonton,Wolf,Ck Bee n me) went for a roadtrip to Melaka.

I flew out of office and picked up CK and Bee. By the time we hit the highway it was already 3,30pm. Coupled with the slow traffic and rainy spells, we only arrive at around 6pm. As we are driving closer to the city centre the dark clouds looms over as if trying to catch up with us. I finally manage to rejoin the rest of the gang @ Geographer.

But as we did, the the rain clouds finally caught up with us and cast its waterfall spell on us. Believe it or not but this is the first time I saw rain in Melacca LOL i tot it never rained XD All these it used to be melting hot always.

Our date with jonker street had to be postponed and we went for satay celup instead :)

Once we had our fair share we went back to Jonker street and went on makan/shopping spree. Street food is teh best :D

I didn't manage to take alot of photos, but nonetheless had a lot of fun, when you have a insane bunch of friends there is never a dull moment.

Alas, we depart Melaka around 12ish but not before giving Loonton a big thank you for showing us around. Cheers!

I must admit I have been a mess for a past few years. I seriously didn't know what I was doing. Everything seems to be a blur. I was having trouble picking myself up ever since I hit my lowest point somewhere in 07. Instead of bouncing back up I begin eluding from my troubles, in the form of gaming.

I used stay in a corner and game from day and night... then I started poisoning the friends around me and bring them into this addiction. We start off as a humble 2 man hunting group then four, and every friday we would game from dark till the daylights comes.
Biggest achievement was to start a clan of 20 people which share the same passion, and the cafe the we usually meet up actually allocated a special corner for us. Complete with direct access to toilet and powerpoints for recharge. Gosh, those were the glory days of gaming that I will never forget.

But at the end of the day I ask myself, "What do I gain from this?"
probably nothing much, maybe a pat on the back with a praise "wow you're ggod/great/legendary/l33t hunter" That's it, and the total amount of time I spend is just staggering. No. down right scary 800~1100++ hours.

A one point fear just suddenly struck me, like a lighting bolt sent straight to my conscious. The rude awaken... THE WAKE UP CALL. I suddenly feel that I could not do it anymore. Hence I left the group silently and drift away from the once glorious clad leader, and I also took one very harsh very drastic measure to ensure I don't walk down that path again.


I *killed* my psp. . .




But for the pass year, the fate have been kind to me and my days are less gloomy. Things seems be moving again, I gain a new job I wouldn't say its my dream job but it does pay the bills. Work is work after all. 2008 was a blast, from beginning to end~!!

And finally just when I figured the year couldn't get any better, bam! it happened. I met her, yes! the person that finally broke my curse after what it seems a century long. I would say we met by chance, the rest as they say was history. I'm very happy at where I am right now, never have I thought I'd feel this euphoria again. Though I admit, hesitant and fear was constantly playing tricks on my mind, once I broken through the web of doubt I'm glad to say that I have no regrets, and that I'm just so blessed that someone would want a wreck like me.

Its alive~~!

Well, well, well ...look what the stork brought in. A brand new post. LOL its a miracle~!!!
I've been neglecting this blog for the longest time. Busy seems to be the most common
excuse, not to mention laziness too.

So the next question would be, what brought me back into this little forgotten "spare oom"?
the answer, is that I've been somewhat inspired by a someone dear to me. Seeing how she would constantly update her blog and record her days down on her site. That somehow, reignites my blogging passion I once had. ( I just hope this would last. . . LOL )
